Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Group HR Project Lead to drive and deliver strategic HR initiatives across multiple business units. This role will lead cross-functional HR projects focused on transformation, process optimization, systems implementation, and policy harmonization at the group level.

The ideal candidate has strong HR program management experience, stakeholder leadership skills, and the ability to translate HR strategy into executable plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead group-wide HR projects from initiation to delivery (HR transformation, policy standardization, HRIS, workforce planning, compensation frameworks)
  • Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Partner with Group HR, business leaders, IT, Finance, and external vendors
  • Drive alignment and consistency across subsidiaries while respecting local requirements
  • Track milestones, KPIs, and benefits realization for HR initiatives
  • Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations
  • Manage change management, communication, and adoption strategies
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and group governance standards

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8+ years of HR experience, including 3–5 years leading HR projects or programs
  • Proven experience working in multi-entity or group organizations
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions (Talent, C&B, Performance, HR Operations)
  • Demonstrated project management expertise (Agile / PMP / PRINCE2 is a plus)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HR systems

Preferred Experience

  • HRIS implementation or optimization experience
  • Experience in UAE or GCC labor environments
  • Exposure to large-scale change or HR transformation programs

Salary package for this role is 18K to 20k depends on the expereince and skills (all Included)
