Guest Relation Executive Health Care

We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive with prior experience in a cosmetic or aesthetic medical centre. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, well-presented, and skilled in handling high-end clients with professionalism and warmth.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a premium guest experience.
- Manage appointments, calls, and client follow-ups.
- Support the clinic team in daily operations and client coordination.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and maintain confidentiality.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a cosmetic or aesthetic clinic (mandatory).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Arabic and English fluency required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
