Job Title: Part-Time Gynecologist (Revenue Share Basis)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Gynecologist to join our medical facility on a part-time, revenue-sharing basis. The ideal candidate must have prior UAE experience, hold a valid DHA license, and be on their own visa.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive gynecological care, including consultations, diagnosis, and treatment
• Perform routine examinations, screenings, and preventive care
• Manage obstetric and gynecological conditions
• Conduct minor procedures as per facility capabilities
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with UAE healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Educate patients on reproductive health and wellness

Requirements

• Valid DHA License (mandatory)
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience as a Gynecologist
• Must have own visa (self-sponsored or spouse-sponsored)
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and patient care abilities
• Ability to work independently on a part-time schedule

Compensation

• Revenue-sharing basis (percentage to be discussed)
• Flexible working hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Arabic-speaking candidates are a plus
• Experience in outpatient clinics in the UAE
• Good patient base or ability to attract patients
