Key Responsibilities

 Leadership & Supervision: Lead, train, and evaluate the nursing staff; manage schedules and shift distributions efficiently.

 Quality of Care: Oversee the delivery of clinical nursing services (such as IV infusions, blood sampling, and vital signs monitoring) ensuring top-tier patient care.

 Inventory Management: Monitor and manage clinical inventory, medical supplies, and equipment maintenance.

 Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations and strict infection control guidelines.

 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between physicians, management, and the nursing team to streamline operations.

 Problem Solving: Resolve patient complaints promptly and manage clinical emergencies effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements

 Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN).

 Valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).

 Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory nursing role (Head Nurse / Charge Nurse) within a medical center or hospital.

 Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

 Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a strong asset)
