Apply now for the Healthineers Early Talent Program – IT based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your role:

• Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards.
• Provide end-user and local IT infrastructure support.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot computer and mobile devices.
• Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate break-fix support.
• Handle IT service tickets, complaints and escalations.
• Manage IT consumables and mobile voice subscriptions.
• Manage external vendors, including asset management, lifecycle support, and inventory control.
• Executes and/or organizes relevant testing.

Your expertise

• Pursuing bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related fields.
• Strong level of written and spoken English and Arabic communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Organizing and planning: Follows through on meeting deadlines, even when the time frame is demanding.
