Apply now for the Healthineers Early Talent Program – IT based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your role:
- Performs IT operations and maintenance activities according to approved procedures, guidelines, and standards.
- Provide end-user and local IT infrastructure support.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding.
- Install, configure and troubleshoot computer and mobile devices.
- Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate break-fix support.
- Handle IT service tickets, complaints and escalations.
- Manage IT consumables and mobile voice subscriptions.
- Manage external vendors, including asset management, lifecycle support, and inventory control.
- Executes and/or organizes relevant testing.
Your expertise
- Pursuing bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or related fields.
- Strong level of written and spoken English and Arabic communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Organizing and planning: Follows through on meeting deadlines, even when the time frame is demanding.
