Job Title: HR Supervisor – Healthcare / Insurance Industry

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Supervisor from the Healthcare or Insurance industry to oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting talent management, employee relations, and HR process.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee lifecycle management

  2. Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law.

  3. Manage recruitment, including coordination with department heads

  4. Oversee visa processing, renewals, medicals, Emirates ID, and related government documentation

  5. Handle employee relations matters, Performance appraisals, Coordinate Training & Development, grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management processes

  6. Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and HRIS systems

  7. Support HR audits, inspections, and accreditation requirements (JCI, ISO, etc.)

  8. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives

  9. Supervise and guide junior HR staff and coordinators

  10. Should be well versed with Microsoft Office applications and have excellent skill in Excel & Advance Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

Requirements & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  2. 8+ years of HR experience, with minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory role

  3. Mandatory experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry (UAE)

  4. Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law, visa processes

  5. Excellent communication (written & spoken) in English, leadership skills, and problem-solving skills

  6. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems

  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  8. Should be able to work under high pressure and multitask well to meet deadlines

  9. Preferred someone who is a workaholic

  10. Should be active and always have a positive & strong attitude

  11. Preferred candidate with UAE Driving License

Benefits from the company

Salary budget is upto 15k based on experience and Interview performance (for the right candidate)

5 days working from Monday till Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
