To oversee and assist in the organization of the Human Capital by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human capital policies, performance management programmes, organization development initiatives as well as aids in managing the HCMS in order to uphold top quality standards related to Capital Health’s Human Capital within the applicable UAE labour and workforce regulations and methodologies, and adopted policies and practices.

1-Strategy and Planning: -

  • Provide input to Human Capital strategy, roadmap and plans as well as working closely with the Human Capital Director.
  • Participate in the development of the Human Capital Department’s annual operation plans and ensure implementation is in line with Human Capital and Capital Health’s corporate strategy.
  • Support in investigating and recommending strategies that result in positive financial impact for Capital Health and mitigates financial and operational risks.

2-Performance Management: -

  • Aid in implementing the established frameworks and guidelines when overseeing goal setting and performance management process.
  • Ensure alignment between individual performance, business unit performance, and organizational objectives.
  • Review performance ratings and rewards distribution to ensure compliance with guidelines and objectives.

3-Organization Development: -

  • Manage key processes and programmes to achieve ongoing operational efficiencies for the department and the entire organization.

4-HCMS Management: -

  • Facilitate research, plan and implement technology-enabled business solutions to efficiently and effectively meet HC client services needs in partnership with Human Capital Management and Information Technology (IT).
  • Partner with IT to select and implement appropriate HC applications and systems.
  • Define and implement processes to enhance the usability and functionality of HC applications, systems, and processes.

5-Policies, Processes and Procedures: -

  • Recommend improvements to and implement Human Capital policies, procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results
  • Stimulate subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account leading activity, improvement of business processes, cost reduction, and productivity advancement.
  • Ensure compliance to all relevant policies, procedures and controls across the team’s activities in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and responsible environmental behaviors.
  • 6.People Management: -
  • Manage, guide and assist direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set operational plans, policies and procedures.
  • Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise the team and provide regular feedback on performance.
  • Actively participate in on-the-job training, mentoring and coaching of direct reports.
