Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site HR Executive role based in Dubai. The HR Executive will be responsible for performing a range of HR activities, including managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, maintaining employee relations, and efficiently handling HR management responsibilities. This role requires collaboration across teams to support organizational goals, ensure compliance with regulations, and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Relations
• Expertise in general Human Resources (HR) processes and functions
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under structured processes
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance standards in the UAE is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior HR experience, ideally in the healthcare industry, is advantageous
