Human Resources Manager

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (doctors, nurses, receptionists, assistants, coordinators).
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and employment offers.
- Handle onboarding, induction, and orientation of new employees.
- Liaise with DHA / MOH / DOH where required for licensing documentation.
Employee Records & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee files (contracts, visas, licenses, evaluations).
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law, clinic policies, and healthcare regulations.
- Monitor contract renewals, probation periods, and notice periods.
- Coordinate visa processing, renewals, cancellations, and Emirates ID formalities.
Payroll & Attendance
- Coordinate monthly payroll, overtime, deductions, and incentives.
- Manage attendance, leave records, sick leave, and annual leave balances.
- Ensure salary payments align with contracts and WPS requirements (if applicable).
Performance Management
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Track KPIs, probation reviews, and annual evaluations.
- Support disciplinary actions, warnings, and grievance handling in line with policy.
HR Policies & Procedures
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and staff handbooks.
- Ensure staff adherence to clinic protocols, code of conduct, and ethical standards.
- Support management with HR advice and best practices.
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
- Promote a positive, professional, and ethical workplace culture.
- Assist in conflict resolution and staff engagement initiatives.
Training & Development
- Coordinate mandatory trainings (BLS, infection control, DHA requirements).
- Track CME and license renewal requirements for clinical staff.
- Support staff development and retention initiatives.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
