In-House Web Developer (Marketing & Website Operations)

We are seeking a highly capable Web Developer to support the ongoing development, optimization, and maintenance of our digital properties across multiple brands. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a disciplined approach to execution, and a clear understanding of how web infrastructure supports marketing performance and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain company websites built on WordPress and Shopify .
  • Implement custom features, themes, and integrations using PHP , Liquid , HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Build high-quality landing pages and campaign assets to support Marketing initiatives.
  • Drive technical SEO improvements, including site speed optimization, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
  • Manage analytics configuration and tracking frameworks (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel).
  • Ensure website security, uptime, version control, and performance monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Operations to implement UI/UX enhancements.
  • Manage API integrations and automation workflows across digital platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly to minimize operational impact.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including PHP-based customization.
  • Experience with Shopify theme development and Liquid templates.
  • Solid understanding of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Working knowledge of technical SEO and site performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing operations, analytics, and tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality output consistently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with A/B testing or conversion rate optimization tools.
  • Exposure to CRM, email marketing, and automation platforms.
  • Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-site environments.
