Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Staff Nurse based in Dubai. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, including administering medications, monitoring patient health, and assisting in medical procedures. Other key tasks include maintaining accurate medical records, educating patients about health management, and collaborating with medical staff to deliver quality healthcare services. The Staff Nurse will ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients while following the highest standards of healthcare practices.

Qualifications

• Proven nursing skills, including patient care, administering medications, and monitoring vital signs
• Knowledge and experience in medical procedures, infection control, and health assessments
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and handle documentation with attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams
• Capability to work effectively under pressure and deliver compassionate care
• Active license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent qualification as per UAE regulations
• Previous experience in a clinical setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
