Inventory Controller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Controller to manage warehouse inventory, ensure accurate stock records, and coordinate smooth store operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing or retail environment and strong team supervision skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory Management

• Supervise the receiving, storing, and issuing of goods in line with company procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and conduct regular physical inventory checks, reporting any discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all stock movements with proper documentation.

2. Team Supervision & Coordination

• Manage and guide store/warehouse staff, including task assignment and performance monitoring.
• Train team members on warehouse procedures, safety standards, and proper handling of goods.
• Coordinate effectively with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to support operations.

3. Warehouse Operations

• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and systematic organization of inventory for efficient retrieval.
• Oversee timely dispatch of goods to internal departments, distributors, or clients.
• Implement efficient warehouse layouts and storage methods to maximize space and accessibility.

4. Safety & Compliance

• Enforce all warehouse health, safety, and security protocols.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures to prevent accidents or damages.

5. Reporting & Process Improvement

• Prepare periodic inventory and store performance reports for management review.
• Suggest improvements in stock handling, warehouse layout, and operational workflows.
• Support audits and inspections by providing relevant documentation and information.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Inventory Control / Storekeeping within Manufacturing or Retail is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP/inventory software is an advantage.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
