Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, developing business plans to meet client needs, and overseeing day-to-day account management. The role includes analyzing client performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring excellent customer service to nurture long-term partnerships.

• Strong Account Management and Key Accounts management experience
• Proficiency in Business Planning and strategic client relationship management
• Exceptional Customer Service and support skills
• Solid Analytical Skills for interpreting data, trends, and client performance
• Proactive problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in the healthcare or technology industry is an advantage
