Laboratory Operations Manager

Job Title: Lab Manager – Healthcare

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of laboratory operations, including workflow, staffing, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with DHA and international laboratory standards.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
• Supervise laboratory staff and coordinate training and performance evaluations.
• Monitor equipment maintenance, calibration, and procurement of lab supplies.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of test results.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure efficient lab services.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• DHA license or eligibility as a Lab Technologist/Manager.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory, including 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role .
• Strong knowledge of laboratory accreditation standards and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
