Role Description The Laser and Beauty Therapist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajman. The therapist will provide a range of laser hair removal and skin care treatments, ensuring safe, effective, and personalized services in line with clinical and regulatory standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client needs, performing consultations, recommending appropriate treatment plans, and operating laser and beauty equipment with high attention to safety and hygiene. The role also involves maintaining accurate treatment records, educating clients on pre- and post-treatment care, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience. The therapist is expected to provide professional customer service, manage appointment schedules, and support continuous improvement of service protocols.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong cosmetology and skin care skills, including knowledge of facial treatments, skin assessment, and product use.
• Candidates should possess expertise in hair removal and laser hair removal, including safe operation of laser devices and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage client expectations, and handle feedback professionally.
• Relevant certification or diploma in cosmetology, laser therapy, or a related field, with valid authorization to practice as required by local regulations (e.g., DHA/MOH/HAAD/DHCC where applicable).
• Knowledge of hygiene and infection control standards, and ability to maintain a clean, safe treatment environment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
• Previous experience in a laser clinic, spa, or medical aesthetic facility is highly beneficial; Arabic and English language skills are an advantage.
