Laser Technician – Dermatology Department

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and patient-focused Laser Technician to join our growing Dermatology Department. The ideal candidate will have experience performing laser treatments, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care in accordance with DOH regulations and clinic protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laser hair removal and other approved laser treatments within the scope of your DOH license.
• Prepare patients for treatment and provide pre- and post-procedure education.
• Ensure patient safety by following laser safety and infection control protocols.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation in the EMR.
• Operate and maintain laser equipment, reporting any faults or maintenance requirements.
• Assist Dermatologists during procedures when required.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional patient experience.
• Comply with all DOH regulations, clinic policies, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Valid DOH License as a Laser Technician (mandatory).
• Previous experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic is preferred.
• Knowledge of laser technologies, skin types, and treatment protocols.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, organized, and patient-centered approach.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is an advantage.
