MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To manage and reduce the legal and reputational risks and associated financial implications for the business by delivering professional legal advisory services

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Provide expert legal advice, support and interpretation of law on general legal matters, including the mitigation of risks associated with legal non-compliance
  • Manage litigation and medical malpractice claims

REQUIRED EDUCATION

Essential: Law degree at a recognized University

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Essential: At least 5 years post qualification legal experience, either as in-house counsel or at a law firm in the field of dispute resolution
