Role Description

This is a remote contract role for a Licensed Psychiatrist at Innerwell. The Licensed Psychiatrist will conduct psychiatric assessments, provide patient-centered care, and collaborate on treatment plans, including ketamine-assisted therapy. The role involves maintaining clinical documentation, consulting with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring comprehensive care for patients. A focus on leveraging innovative treatment methodologies to support mental health is central to this position.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license to practice psychiatry with board certification or eligibility
• Knowledge of psychedelic-assisted therapy practices, particularly ketamine treatment, or willingness to undergo professional training in this area
• Strong skills in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning
• Experience in telemedicine or delivering care in virtual environments is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and a multidisciplinary care team
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
• Flexibility and adaptability in a remote, innovative, and evolving work environment
• Prior experience in measurement-based and data-driven care is highly desirable
