HIRING: Licensing HR Officer (Medical Field Experience Required) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Workplace: Healthcare & Ambulance Services Company Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Licensing HR Officer with strong knowledge of DOH / MOH / DHA licensing procedures to manage the end-to-end credentialing and licensing of medical staff (Nurses, EMTs, Paramedics, and Physicians). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience coordinating with health authorities and managing healthcare recruitment documentation. Key Responsibilities: Handle new and renewal licensing applications with DOH / MOH / DHA. Prepare and submit Dataflow, Exam, and Privilege applications. Track and maintain an up-to-date licensing status report for all staff. Coordinate with recruitment, admin, and operations teams to ensure all staff meet compliance requirements. Liaise directly with health authorities for inquiries, follow-ups, and approvals. Maintain employee files, credentials, records, and expiry reminders. Assist in staff mobilization for ADNOC / DOH-approved ambulance sites. Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in Medical HR & licensing within the medical or healthcare sector in Abu Dhabi Strong understanding of DOH (Department of Health – Abu Dhabi) licensing system. Bachelor’s degree Excellent communication in English (Arabic is a plus). Proficiency in MS Office and DOH licensing portals.
