Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensing Officer (DHA/MOH) at HIGH QUALITY HEALTH CONSULTANCY, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Licensing Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of obtaining, renewing, canceling, or transferring healthcare professional licenses in compliance with DHA, MOH, and other relevant healthcare authorities. Additionally, the role involves assisting with regulatory requirements, liaising with healthcare facilities, and ensuring adherence to relevant legislation. The Licensing Officer will also support clients in setting up new healthcare facilities while maintaining compliance with government regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Licensing processes, including application, renewal, cancellation, and transfer of DHA/MOH licenses
  • Effective Communication skills to engage with healthcare professionals, clients, and government authorities
  • Understanding of healthcare Legislation and regulatory requirements in the UAE
  • Proven ability in providing excellent Customer Service to meet client needs and expectations
  • Proficiency in conducting Research to stay updated with regulations and best practices in healthcare licensing
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Experience in setting up new healthcare facilities and familiarity with medical facility registration processes in the UAE
  • A bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field is preferred
