Job Responsibilities

  • Monitor announcements related to governmental and private tenders relevant to the company’s activities.
  • Follow up and receive tender documents and specifications, review and analyze requirements, and ensure compliance with submission conditions.
  • Prepare all required tender documents in coordination with the concerned departments.
  • Submit bids and deliver tender documents within the specified deadlines.
  • Prepare and submit required samples according to tender specifications.
  • Follow up on submitted tenders and communicate with concerned entities regarding inquiries or amendments.
  • Receive and deliver contracts and follow up on signing and approval procedures.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding bank guarantees, payments, and tender-related cheques.
  • Receive, deliver, and deposit cheques at the bank according to approved procedures.
  • Follow up on supply processes and ensure delivery of orders as per contract terms and required specifications.
  • Coordinate with concerned departments to ensure proper contract execution and adherence to timelines.
  • Maintain and organize tender files, contracts, and all related documentation.
  • Follow up on issuing and renewing employee residency permits and handle passport-related procedures when required.
  • Follow up on sponsorship transfer and residency cancellation procedures while coordinating with relevant government authorities.
  • Follow up on issuing and renewing work permits and civil IDs for employees.
  • Process medical examination and health insurance procedures for employees.
