Media Buyer

Harmony Medical Group is looking for a skilled and data‑driven Media Buyer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate is experienced in planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic networks

• Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance

• Monitor daily campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad content

• Prepare performance reports and insights for management

• Manage budgets and ensure efficient spending across channels

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer or Digital Marketing Specialist

• Strong understanding of paid media platforms and analytics tools

• Ability to analyze data and make performance‑driven decisions

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus
