Media Buyer — On‑site (Full‑Time / Part‑Time)

Location: Riyadh

Reports to: Performance Lead / Marketing Manager

Channels: Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google/YouTube

Experience: 2–4 years in KSA healthcare performance marketing

Work Hours: FT: 8–9 hours/day | PT: 4–5 hours/day (on‑site)

Position Summary

Plan and optimize full‑funnel paid campaigns by specialty (bariatrics, dermatology, dental, plastics), integrate events and conversions with Call Center/WhatsApp/CRM, and hit CPL/CPA and Cost‑per‑Booking targets while keeping platforms compliant.

Key Responsibilities

·     Design TOF/MOF/BOF structures per specialty with clear testing roadmaps.

·     Implement pixels/conversions, offline events, and UTM governance; connect to Call Center and WhatsApp/CRM reporting.

·    Continuously test creatives, offers, and audiences; scale budgets responsibly to hit CPL/CPA targets.

·    Run Google Search and selected PMax/YouTube campaigns for medical queries and intent capture.

·    Publish daily/weekly reports (CPL, CTR, CPM, CVR, ROAS, Cost/Booking) with clear next actions.

·    Maintain platform compliance for medical topics and proactively reduce rejection/disable risks.

·    Partner with Call Center on lead quality, speed‑to‑contact, attendance, and no‑answer reduction.

Qualifications

·    Proven results managing paid campaigns for KSA clinics/healthcare brands.

·    Hands‑on with TikTok/Snap in medical contexts; Meta and Google Ads proficiency.

·    Strong spreadsheets and dashboards (Google Sheets, Looker Studio).

·    Understands the patient journey and data integrations across systems.

KPIs

·   CPL by specialty within target thresholds (e.g., Bariatrics ≤ X SAR; Dermatology ≤ Y SAR).

·   Cost‑per‑Booking and Attendance% in partnership with Call Center.

·   Lead quality score and reduction in No‑Answer rate.

·   Budget pacing accuracy and weekly A/B testing cadence.

Work Arrangement

·   On‑site in Riyadh

·   Full‑time or part‑time options depending on business needs.

General Employment Terms

·  Compliance: all advertising and messaging must meet KSA MOH/SFDA and platform policies for medical content.

·  Collaboration: close coordination with doctors, Medical Admin, Call Center, and Moderation teams.

·  Onboarding: immediate or within 2–4 weeks (preferred).

·  Compensation: competitive salary plus performance‑based incentives (to be discussed).
