Medical Coder

We are seeking an experienced Medical Coder to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical coding, with specific expertise in approvals, invoicing and submissions. The Medical Coder will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of medical claims, compliance with insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle coding and pre-authorization for inpatient and outpatient services.
• Ensure accuracy in coding and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical coding, with specific experience in insurance approvals , claim processing, submission, denial management, and resubmission.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using medical coding software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary : AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month
