Medical Director

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all medical operations and clinical services.
• Develop, implement, and oversee medical policies, procedures, and protocols in alignment with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Supervise and support the medical and nursing teams, ensuring quality patient care and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with clients, event organizers, and partners to ensure medical readiness for all projects and events.
• Review and approve medical documentation, incident reports, and patient transfer summaries.
• Ensure compliance with DHA/DOH/MOH regulations and licensing requirements.
• Lead training and professional development sessions for clinical staff.
• Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting for the medical department.

Key Requirements

• MBBS / MD degree from a recognized institution (mandatory).
• Valid UAE medical license or eligibility for licensing (DHA/DOH/MOH).
• Minimum 5 years of total experience, including at least 2 years of on-call and home care experience.
• Proven experience in clinical leadership or emergency/event medical services preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
