We’re seeking experienced Saudi doctors with strong leadership and organizational skills 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage hospital operations to ensure high-quality healthcare delivery. Collaborate with medical and administrative departments to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance improvement initiatives. Monitor compliance with healthcare standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements. Provide medical insight to support decision-making and strategic planning. 🔹 Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (MBBS, MD, or equivalent). 5–7 years of experience in hospital administration, healthcare management, or clinical leadership. Strong understanding of hospital workflows, quality management, and healthcare regulations. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
