Job Title: Medical Telesales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective and existing patients over the phone, converting inquiries into appointments, promoting healthcare services and treatment packages, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. The role requires strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills with a focus on achieving appointment and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing patients to promote healthcare services, treatments, and packages.
- Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed appointments and consultations.
- Follow up with potential patients to encourage bookings and maintain engagement.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and provide accurate information regarding services, doctors, procedures, and pricing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to increase retention and repeat visits.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and appointment booking targets.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and patient support.
- Follow up on missed appointments, pending treatments, and patient feedback opportunities.
- Address patient concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, Call Center Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or appointment conversion targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple leads effectively.
- Experience in healthcare, medical clinics, wellness centers, or service industries is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and general computer applications.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Additional Details
- Experience: 1+ years in Telesales, Telemarketing, Call Center Sales, or Customer Service
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
- Shift: Rotational / Day Shift (as per business requirements)
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
- Job Type: Full-time
