Medical Transcriptionist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Transcriptionist to transcribe medical reports dictated by physicians and healthcare professionals into accurate written documents. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of medical terminology, excellent typing skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe audio recordings from doctors and healthcare professionals into written medical reports
• Review and edit drafts for grammar, clarity, and accuracy
• Ensure proper use of medical terminology and abbreviations
• Maintain patient confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Proofread and correct errors in medical documentation
• Coordinate with doctors for clarifications when required
• Maintain organized records of transcribed documents
• Meet daily/weekly transcription targets and deadlines

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Medical Transcriptionist (preferably in UAE)
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and medications
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 50–60 WPM preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Word and transcription software
• Good listening and comprehension skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
