Apply now for the position of MI/CTH Regional Customer Service Modality Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Modality Service Manager will be responsible to monitor the major service KPI’s related to the Molecular Imaging systems MI and Cancer Therapy Imaging CTH of Siemens Healthineers. This includes spare parts consumption, time to repair, and other vital KPI’s necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and service profitability.
The Modality service manager will be responsible for driving improvement initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and improve customer service delivery process.
The modality service manager will work with other country’s customer service managers to oversee the KPI’s of MI/CTH modalities and propose improvements/enhancement initiatives when and where needed.
Your role
- Perform regular reporting to CS mgt. and countries for all service delivery topics
- Support countries to improve service operation KPI starting from SVA -FVFR-Spare part consumption.
- perform effective service process management (continuous improvement) as per iMS4C.
- Align implementation and project management strategy between BLs and Regions
- Drive the implementation of customer trend improvement measures identified through the continuous monitoring of customer operations.
Your expertise
- Over 5 years of solid experience working with MI/CTH modalities.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with a high level of autonomy, process orientation, and attention to detail, combined with creativity in problem-solving and effective interpersonal communication.
- A strong passion for driving innovation in healthcare.
