Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Monitor and manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift coverage.
• Liaise with clinical, reception, and management teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Track and follow up on operational tasks, maintenance issues, and service requests.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Support inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and coordinating orders.
• Assist with onboarding and training coordination for new employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, DHA regulations, and clinic procedures.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers regarding operational requirements.
• Monitor key operational KPIs and prepare reports for management.
• Handle internal communications, announcements, and staff coordination.
• Support management with special projects, process improvements, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an Operations Coordinator, Administrative Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in a healthcare or clinic environment is preferred.

Reporting To: Operations Manager

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
