Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon with Implant Privileges – Key Duties

• Perform surgical placement of dental implants

• Plan and execute full-mouth rehabilitation cases involving implants

• Conduct pre-implant procedures: sinus lifts, ridge augmentation, and bone grafting

• Manage implant-related complications (peri-implantitis, implant failure, etc.)

• Use 3D imaging and digital planning tools for guided implant surgery

• Collaborate with prosthodontists for prosthetic-driven implant planning

• Perform complex extractions (e.g., impacted third molars) and socket preservation

• Treat jawbone defects or resorption prior to implant placement

• Manage oral and facial trauma, including fractures and dental avulsions

• Diagnose and treat oral pathologies that may affect implant success

• Provide post-surgical care, monitoring osseointegration and long-term outcomes

• Al Qusais: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

License/Certification:
