Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Operating Theatre (OT) Nurse will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols, preparing and sterilizing equipment, and providing pre-operative and post-operative patient care. Additional responsibilities include maintaining patient safety, monitoring vital signs during surgery, and collaborating with medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The OT Nurse will also assist in maintaining a clean and safe operating room environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of surgical nursing practices and experience in assisting with operative procedures
• Proficiency in operating room protocols, equipment sterilization, and infection control measures
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations, with strong attention to detail
• Valid DHA license or eligibility for the same
• Previous experience in a surgical or hospital setting is highly advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Salary Range :- 5000 to 6500 AED
