Patient and Sales Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and patient-focused Patient and Sales Coordinator to join our growing aesthetic clinic team.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills and experience in the aesthetic, healthcare, wellness, or luxury service industry. The role focuses on guiding patients throughout their treatment journey, explaining treatment plans, closing packages, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients professionally and warmly.
• Explain treatment plans, packages, and pricing clearly.
• Convert consultations into treatment bookings and package sales.
• Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing patients.
• Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules.
• Ensure patients understand pre- and post-treatment instructions.
• Maintain strong relationships with patients and provide excellent customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Work closely with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle WhatsApp, phone calls, social media inquiries, and walk-in consultations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up notes.
• Resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, patient coordination and customer service
• Experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, cosmetic center, wellness center, or healthcare facility is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
• Target-oriented with a proven sales track record.
• Fluent in English;
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Location: In person
