Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Service Representative at our location in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, insurance verification, and familiarity with medical terminology and office procedures.

Qualifications

  • Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Arabic language proficiency is mandatory
  • Experience in Medical Office procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
  • Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field

Job Requirements:

  • Languages: Arabic (Preferred)
  • Department Duty Timing : 7am to 10pm
  • Salary : AED 3500 TO AED 4500
