Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages from patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using our CRM and scheduling systems.
- Make outbound calls to remind patients of upcoming visits and follow-ups.
- Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and doctors.
- Update and maintain accurate patient records in the CRM.
- Collaborate with reception and medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
