Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Coordinator based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointments, performing receptionist duties, and ensuring the smooth and efficient scheduling of patient visits. They will directly interact with patients, providing exceptional support, answering queries, and liaising effectively with relevant healthcare teams. Proficiency in Arabic is a key requirement to ensure clear communication and cater to patient needs effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties, with the ability to coordinate patient visits effectively
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology and related healthcare processes
• Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact with patients and healthcare professionals
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a dynamic healthcare environment
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential to cater to a diverse patient base
• Prior experience in a healthcare or medical environment is required
• Customer service orientation and a professional, empathetic demeanor
