Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dammam for a Patient Coordinator & Insurance position. The Patient Coordinator & Insurance role involves managing phone calls with proper etiquette, scheduling appointments, performing receptionist duties, and handling medical terminology proficiently. The role requires excellent communication skills to assist patients and coordinate with the insurance providers effectively.
