Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient & Insurance Coordinator located in Dammam. The Patient & Insurance Coordinator will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing patient insurance information, processing insurance claims, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring effective communication between patients and insurance providers. The role also includes coordinating with health insurance companies and assisting patients with any related inquiries.

Qualifications

• Insurance, Insurance Claims, and Health Insurance skills
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Proficiency in managing insurance documentation and claims processes
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
