Patient Relation Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Relations Supervisor to join our Home Care Center team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing patient experience, managing patient feedback and complaints, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Patient Relations team.
• Manage patient complaints, concerns, and service recovery processes.
• Ensure excellent patient experience and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate communication between patients, families, and healthcare staff.
• Monitor patient feedback and implement improvement initiatives.
• Prepare reports on patient satisfaction and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and patient rights standards.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
