Patient Relations Executive

Easy Home Healthcare Centre is seeking an experienced and dedicated Patient Relations Executive to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with our home healthcare services and possess the ability to work independently to manage all patient relations tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between the centre and our patients. This includes actively answering all incoming phone calls and skillfully answering patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and billing with professionalism and empathy.
• Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and service coordination with exceptional efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain and update patient records, service logs, and internal reports using Microsoft Office (especially Excel ) with a focus on accuracy and data integrity on spreadsheets.
• Facilitate smooth communication across internal teams (nursing, administrative, management)

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Mandatory: Proven prior experience working specifically within the home healthcare sector.
• Strong foundational knowledge of common lab tests and IV drips , including the ability to accurately identify and discuss their names and basic purpose. Examples include, but are not limited to, CBC, LFT, KFT, Saline Drips, Vitamin Infusions, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are essential, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for data management, reporting, and correspondence.
• Exceptional organizational skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and the proven ability to work independently and manage a varied workload with minimal supervision.
• A compassionate, patient-focused approach with a high degree of empathy and professionalism.
