We are seeking a Patient Relations Executive who will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every patient from arrival to follow-up.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with a professional, warm, and friendly approach.
- Provide accurate information about clinic services, doctors, and available treatments.
- Address patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency.
- Guide patients through the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments while managing doctor availability.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Provide pre- and post-consultation or procedure instructions as per medical team guidance.
Billing Assistance
- Assist patients in understanding billing statements, charges, and payment options.
- Coordinate with the billing department to resolve any payment-related issues.
Administrative & Documentation Support
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the system.
- Ensure all required forms, consents, and documents are completed before procedures or consultations.
- Handle confidential patient information in compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
Communication & Team Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers to ensure clear communication.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth operational flow and service delivery.
- Keep patients informed about clinic updates, promotions, and new healthcare services.
Service Improvement & Feedback Handling
- Collect patient feedback and escalate unresolved issues to management for follow-up.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the patient experience and suggest improvements.
- Support implementation of new processes aimed at improving service quality and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience: Previous experience in customer service, patient relations, or a healthcare setting is required.
✅ Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
✅ Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a high-volume environment.
✅ Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in medical software and appointment scheduling systems is a plus.
✅ Knowledge: Familiarity with insurance processes and medical billing is an advantage.
✅ Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
✅ Professionalism: A positive attitude, patient-first mindset, and strong work ethic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

- Patient Relations: 2 years (Preferred)
