Position Summary

We are seeking a Patient Relations & Insurance Coordinator to join our team in Dammam. This is a full-time, on-site role combining patient reception, appointment coordination, insurance relations, and insurance claims submission .

The role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage patient interactions, insurance processes, and coordination with insurance companies while maintaining a high standard of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and assist patients at the reception desk in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, treatment schedules, and session bookings in coordination with clinical staff.
  • Handle patient inquiries related to services, pricing, insurance coverage, and treatment plans.
  • Manage insurance relations, including communication with insurance companies and third-party administrators.
  • Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims and approvals.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of patient and insurance documentation.
  • Coordinate insurance eligibility verification and coverage confirmation.
  • Maintain organized records and reports related to patient services and insurance transactions.
  • Support smooth patient flow and ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience in health insurance coordination and claims submission .
  • Strong experience in patient relations, reception, and customer service within a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of insurance claims processing and healthcare administrative workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills in dealing with patients and insurance providers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site in Dammam .
  • Prior experience in a healthcare facility is highly preferred.
  • Educational background or certification in healthcare administration or a related field is an advantage.
