Main Responsibilities

• Achieve the sales target and the market share as per the agreed company strategy.
• Forecast territory sales
• Plan daily activity based on customer potentiality in assigned territory.
• Conduct field visits calls and presentation sessions for healthcare professionals using provided approved products materials to ensure consistent prescription.
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all customers.
• Report territory forecasting based on given annual target to ensure target achievement.
• Report daily activity using provided company's reporting system.
• Report market feedback and competitors activities to direct manager to take necessary actions.
• Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management.

Key Accountabilities & Skills

• BSc of Pharmaceutical Sciences is a must
• Previous experience in an equivalent position is a must
• Marketing professional certificate is a plus
• Creativity and analytical skills.
• Market research and intelligence to tap competitor analysis.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work and liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Forecasting and visionary approach.

Languages

• Arabic and English professional proficiency.
