Pharmacist in Charge (Warehouse)

We are looking for a Pharmacist in Charge (Warehouse) to oversee warehouse operations, logistics, and ensure full compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with MOH regulations in storage and distribution
• Manage and monitor warehouse operations and stock levels (avoid ageing & shortages)
• Handle product registration and follow up with relevant authorities
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage product-related requirements
• Oversee and follow up on product shipments from suppliers (end-to-end)
• Train and guide warehouse staff on SOPs, safety, and quality standards
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
• Valid MOH license (mandatory)
• UAE experience in pharmaceutical warehouse / logistics (2–3 years)
• Experience with MOH & Dubai Municipality portals
• Experience in shipment coordination / logistics with suppliers
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
• Fluent in Arabic & English (mandatory)
• Ready to join immediately (preferable)
