ASSISTANT PRO (PHILIPPINES NATIONALITY - ARABIC READ AND SPEAK) – Abu Dhabi

Position: Assistant Public Relations Officer (Assistant PRO)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Nationality: PHILIPPINES
Language Requirement: Must be able to speak and read Arabic

Overview

The Arabic-speaking Assistant PRO will support the Government Relations and HR departments by handling documentation, coordinating with Abu Dhabi government authorities, and ensuring full compliance with UAE labor and immigration laws. The ability to read and speak Arabic is essential for dealing with government paperwork, Arabic portals, and Arabic-speaking officials.

Key Responsibilities1. Government Liaison & Documentation

  • Assist the PRO with all UAE government processes including:
  • Visa applications, renewals, cancellations
  • Emirates ID registration, biometrics, and renewals
  • Labor contracts, work permits, and attestations
  • Trade license updates and renewals
  • Establishment card applications
  • Submit, track, and follow up on applications through:
  • TAMM, ICP, MOHRE, ADDED
  • , Tasheel, Tawjeeh, Notary Public, and Courts.
  • Translate Arabic documents into English for internal use
  • 2. Employee Support
  • Guide employees through medical fitness tests, Emirates ID biometric appointments, visa stamping, and onboarding procedures.
  • Provide accurate updates on document status and government appointments.

3. Administrative & Translation Duties

  • Read, interpret, and translate government documents written in Arabic.
  • Prepare letters, forms, and applications in both English and Arabic when required.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for employee documents and company licenses.
  • Update visa/passport expiry trackers and compliance logs regularly.

4. Compliance & Process Management

  • Ensure the company follows updated UAE labor, immigration, and licensing regulations.
  • Inform management of any new rules, procedures, or changes from government entities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company records.

Qualifications & Requirement

  • Able to read, speak, and understand Arabic (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a PRO or government liaison role
  • Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi government portals such as TAMM, MOHRE, ICP, ADDED
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • UAE driving license is an advantage
