Job Title: Physical Therapist (Physiotherapist)

Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist provides professional rehabilitation and therapeutic care to patients in accordance with medical prescriptions and treatment plans. This role involves assessing patient conditions, developing individualized therapy programs, and monitoring progress. Strong communication, empathy, and clinical skills are essential, along with adherence to safety and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient physical conditions, mobility, and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and clinical protocols.
• Participate in professional development and training programs.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in physiotherapy or rehabilitation services.
• Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitation techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficiency in documenting patient records and treatment plans.
• Ability to motivate and educate patients for better recovery outcomes.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate.
