Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist specializing in Sports Injuries to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating, treating, and designing rehabilitation programs tailored to athletes and patients recovering from sports-related injuries. The role also involves injury prevention education, continuous assessment of progress, and close collaboration with our multidisciplinary rehabilitation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs focused on recovery, mobility, and performance optimization.
• Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and advanced sports rehab techniques.
• Educate patients, families, and athletes on injury prevention, recovery strategies, and safe return-to-sport protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other rehabilitation specialists to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in the Electronic Medical System (EMS).
• Participate in community outreach and education programs to raise awareness of sports rehabilitation services.
• Stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices in sports physical therapy and contribute to staff training sessions.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (Master’s degree preferred).
• Licensing: Valid license to practice as a physical therapist in Saudi Arabia (SCFHS).
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sports injury rehabilitation or musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Skills:
• Expertise in sports rehabilitation techniques and injury management.
• Strong diagnostic, treatment planning, and manual therapy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to motivate athletes and patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Proficiency in documenting and maintaining clinical records.
