Plaster Technician – Dental Laboratory (Swift Lab)

About Us
Swift Lab is a professional dental laboratory dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship and reliable service for our dental partners. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Plaster Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and pour dental models using plaster/gypsum
  • Trim, finish, and articulate dental stone models
  • Read prescriptions and follow case instructions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Work collaboratively with the lab team to meet case deadlines

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a dental lab or plaster/model department preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and good time-management skills
