Job Description:
Alain Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plastic Surgeon with strong expertise in Hair Transplant procedures to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and hands-on experience in advanced hair restoration techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hair transplant procedures (FUT/FUE) with high precision and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct pre-procedure consultations, evaluations, and follow-ups.
• Provide expert guidance on cosmetic and reconstructive surgery options when required.
• Ensure patient safety, quality care, and adherence to clinical guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support multidisciplinary care.
• Participate in promotional, awareness, or marketing events as needed.

Requirements

• Valid MOH UAE License (mandatory).
• Proven experience in Hair Transplant surgery.
• Strong background in Plastic/Cosmetic Surgery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Own visa preferred.
• Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Willing to work on a revenue-sharing basis.
