Production SAP Coordinator

Role Overview

We are looking for a Production SAP Coordinator to manage the day-to-day production activities in SAP. This role is focused on execution — ensuring that all production transactions are entered correctly, on time, and reflect what is actually happening on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate has real experience working in a factory using SAP and understands how production, packaging, and inventory move in practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage production orders in SAP
• Confirm production activities and ensure accurate system updates
• Record material consumption and finished goods in SAP
• Track movement of materials between warehouse and production
• Monitor and update inventory levels in SAP (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
• Ensure all production data is entered correctly and on time
• Coordinate daily with Production, Warehouse, and QA teams
• Flag any issues or discrepancies between physical stock and SAP
• Support basic reporting for production and inventory

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience using SAP in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with SAP PP and/or MM
• Good understanding of how production and inventory work in a factory
• Comfortable working closely with production teams on the floor
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to follow processes and ensure data accuracy
